Arianna has dwelled the importance of sleep in ones life. Some ways to improve the sleep is to let go anxiety, practice maintaining a todo list so that your mind is empty and meditate. Short naps are also helpful but not a substitute.
This book was a very interesting read. I originally got it for my boyfriend who has terrible sleeping habits after seeing an interview of the author. I snuck reading a few pages before giving it to him, and I think I may even ask to read the whole thing when he is done. The pages I did read were well written and very interesting overall. It really shows the importance of sleep ad good sleep habits. Now lets just see if this book changes anything for him

Awesome! The book thoroughly showed how important sleep is in our daily living. The book made me feel that I can achieve the body and life I've always wanted through simple practices everyday. Allowing sunlight on particular times of the day will be enhance my sleep at night. Really worth recommending!
This book is the best tool guide in understanding the real importance of sleep which everyone has deprived itself of. This is very essential to be understood and this book has made it clear to me the real deal in sleeping. This book is filled with wise advises that should be pondered and be lived with.
